Agent Network Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The ListingPage Agent Network ("Agent Network") is a private, verified community exclusively for licensed real estate professionals. By applying to join or participating in the Agent Network, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility & Verification

To be eligible for the Agent Network, you must:

• Hold an active real estate license in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• Be affiliated with a licensed real estate brokerage
• Provide accurate and complete information in your application
• Pass our verification and vetting process

We reserve the right to verify your license status at any time and to revoke access if your license becomes inactive, suspended, or revoked.

3. Vetting & Approval Process

All applications are subject to a strict vetting and approval process. This includes:

• Verification of your real estate license number and status
• Confirmation of your brokerage affiliation
• Review of your professional background
• Assessment of your intended use of the network

We reserve the sole discretion to approve or deny any application. Denial decisions are final and do not require explanation.

4. Acceptable Use

As a member of the Agent Network, you agree to:

• Use the network for legitimate real estate business purposes only
• Maintain the confidentiality of private and off-market listings
• Not share network content with non-members or the general public
• Provide accurate and truthful information about your listings
• Respect the intellectual property and business interests of other members
• Comply with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and ethics codes

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing network listings publicly or on external platforms without authorization
• Misrepresenting your license status, brokerage, or credentials
• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate listing information
• Soliciting or spamming other network members
• Attempting to circumvent our verification or access controls
• Violating Fair Housing laws or discriminatory practices
• Any conduct that harms the reputation or integrity of the network

6. Listing Content

When posting listings to the Agent Network:

• You must have proper authorization to market the property
• All listing information must be accurate and up-to-date
• You are responsible for updating or removing listings when status changes
• Off-market and coming soon listings must comply with your MLS rules and state regulations
• You retain ownership of your listing content but grant us license to display it within the network

7. Confidentiality

The Agent Network contains confidential information including private listings and member details. You agree to:

• Treat all network content as confidential business information
• Not disclose network listings to non-members without listing agent consent
• Not use member contact information for unsolicited marketing
• Report any suspected breaches of confidentiality

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Agent Network at any time for:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Loss or suspension of your real estate license
• Conduct detrimental to the network or its members
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the network and destroy any confidential information obtained through membership.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Agent Network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the reliability of other members, or the availability of the service. You use the network at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingPage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Agent Network or any transactions between members.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Agent Network after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify members of significant changes via email.
