Account Terms
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Username Policy
Usernames on ListingPage are intended for active use by real estate professionals. The following username practices are strictly prohibited:
Username Squatting: Registering usernames with no intent to actively use them for legitimate real estate business purposes
Username Hoarding: Creating multiple accounts to reserve or collect usernames
Username Selling: Registering usernames for the purpose of selling, trading, or transferring them to third parties for profit
Impersonation: Registering usernames that impersonate other real estate professionals, brokerages, or public figures
Trademark Infringement: Registering usernames that infringe on trademarks or intellectual property rights of others
We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or deactivate any username that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this policy or is being held without legitimate active use. Accounts found to be engaging in username squatting or selling may be terminated without notice, and the associated usernames may be released for registration by other users. No compensation will be provided for reclaimed usernames.
Content Guidelines
Users are responsible for the content they post on ListingPage. By posting content, you warrant that:
You own or have rights to the content you post
Your content does not violate the privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of any third party
Your content is not false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
Your listings contain accurate and truthful information about properties
You have the authority to list the properties you advertise
Subscription and Billing Terms
ListingPage offers premium subscription services. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following billing terms:
Subscription Pricing
Monthly Plan: $29.99 per month, billed monthly
Annual Plan: $240.00 per year ($20.00 per month), billed annually
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
Prices may be subject to change with 30 days advance notice to subscribers
Promotional pricing may be offered periodically and is valid only for the promotional period specified
Billing Cycle
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on your subscription anniversary date
Your billing cycle begins on the date of your initial subscription purchase
Payment is automatically charged to your payment method on file each billing period
You will receive email confirmation of each payment
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
Renewal will be at the then-current subscription rate
You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal unless you cancel
You will be notified via email before any price changes take effect
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time using one of these methods:
Account Settings: Navigate to Settings → Subscription and click "Manage Subscription"
Stripe Customer Portal: Access your billing portal to cancel directly
Contact Support: Email our support team for cancellation assistance
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation takes effect.
Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
Annual subscriptions: No partial refunds are provided for annual subscriptions. By purchasing an annual plan, you agree to pay for the full year upfront and understand that cancellation will take effect at the end of your annual billing period
Refund requests for monthly subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues within 7 days of the charge

Failed Payments and Account Downgrade
We understand that payment issues can occur. Here's our transparent policy on handling failed payments:
Payment Retry Schedule: If a payment fails, we will automatically attempt to charge your payment method up to 4 times over the following 30 days
Email Notifications: You will receive an email notification each time a payment fails, with clear instructions on how to update your payment method
Grace Period: Your Premium features will remain active during the 30-day retry period while we attempt to process your payment
Automatic Downgrade: After 30 days of unsuccessful payment attempts, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan
Data Preservation: Your data and listings will be preserved, but access to Premium features will be suspended until payment is restored
Reactivation: You may reactivate your Premium subscription at any time by updating your payment method and subscribing again
Payment Method Updates: You can update your payment method at any time through Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, or directly through the billing portal
How to Update Your Payment Method:
Log in to your ListingPage account
Navigate to Settings → Subscription
Click "Manage Subscription" to open the secure billing portal
Select "Payment Methods" and add or update your card
Your next payment will be automatically processed with the new method
Changes to Subscription
Premium features may be added, modified, or removed with notice to subscribers
Downgrading from premium may result in loss of access to certain features or stored data
We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with 30 days notice
Payment Processing and Billing Disclosures
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. The following disclosures apply to all subscription transactions:
Payment Security
We do not store your full credit card information on our servers
All payment data is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption
Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods supported by Stripe
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD)
Billing Authorization
By subscribing to ListingPage Premium, you expressly authorize:
ListingPage (operated by ListingPage, Inc.) to charge your payment method for the subscription amount
Recurring charges at the frequency you selected (monthly or annually) until you cancel
Retry attempts in case of payment failure as described in our Failed Payments policy
Email communications regarding your billing status, payment confirmations, and payment failures
Transaction Details
Merchant Name: Charges will appear as "LISTINGPAGE" or "LISTINGPAGE.CO" on your statement
Billing Address: ListingPage, Inc., United States
Currency: All charges are in US Dollars (USD)
Receipts: You will receive email receipts for all transactions
State-Specific Disclosures
The following disclosures apply in accordance with state consumer protection laws:
California Residents (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17602): You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months or years.
Illinois Residents (815 ILCS 601): This is an automatic renewal offer. Your subscription will automatically renew at the rate in effect at the time of renewal. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
New York Residents (Gen. Bus. Law § 527): Clear and conspicuous disclosure: This subscription automatically renews. Cancel at any time through your account settings.
Florida Residents (Fla. Stat. § 501.165): Automatic renewal terms apply. You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Virginia Residents (Va. Code § 59.1-207.45): By subscribing, you acknowledge this is an automatic renewal subscription.
All States: You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings and in this Terms of Service document. To cancel, log in to your account, go to Settings → Subscription, and click "Manage Subscription." You may also contact us at hello@listing.page for cancellation assistance.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at hello@listing.page within 60 days of the charge
We will investigate and respond to all billing disputes within 10 business days
If you file a chargeback with your credit card company, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
Referral Program Terms
Our referral program allows Premium users to earn commissions by referring new users who subscribe to Premium. By participating, you agree to the following terms:
Commission Structure
Starter Tier (1-100 referrals): $5.00 per user per month for 3 months ($15.00 total per referral)
Pro Tier (101+ referrals): $7.50 per user per month for 3 months ($22.50 total per referral)
Your tier is determined by your total number of successful referrals
Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days notice
Eligibility Requirements
6-Month Waiting Period: Referred users must maintain an active Premium subscription for a minimum of 6 consecutive months before referral earnings become eligible for payout
If a referred user cancels their subscription before the 6-month period, the referral becomes ineligible for commission
Referrers must have an active ListingPage account in good standing to receive payouts
You must provide valid payment information (PayPal email) to receive payouts
Payout Process
Payout requests are reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days
Payouts are made via PayPal to the email address on file
Minimum payout threshold: $15.00
All payouts are subject to verification and approval
You are responsible for any taxes owed on referral earnings
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending earnings:
Self-referrals: Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself
Fake accounts: Creating or referring fake or fraudulent accounts
Spam and misrepresentation: Using spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized marketing methods
Incentive abuse: Offering unauthorized rebates, kickbacks, or incentives to referred users
Bot or automated referrals: Using bots, scripts, or automation to generate referrals
Payment fraud: Providing false payment information or attempting to circumvent payout verification
Investigation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious referral activity
Pending payouts may be held during investigation
We may request additional verification before processing payouts
Decisions regarding policy violations are final and at our sole discretion
Terminated accounts forfeit all pending and future referral earnings
Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time
Changes to commission rates or terms will be communicated with at least 30 days notice
Existing eligible earnings will be honored under the terms in effect when earned
Disclaimer
The materials on ListingPage are provided on an 'as is' basis. ListingPage makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitations
In no event shall ListingPage or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ListingPage, even if ListingPage or a ListingPage authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email to registered users or through a prominent notice on our website
Your continued use of ListingPage after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the service and may cancel your subscription
We encourage you to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any updates
For changes to subscription pricing or billing terms, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice before such changes take effect, as described in the Subscription and Billing Terms section above.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the use of ListingPage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service.
